Group tennis lessons operate across the Lower North Shore. We maintain very small coach-to-player ratios for personalised attention.
These classes cater to everyone from age one to older adults. Adult tennis options range from beginner to advanced levels.
For a high-energy fitness experience, try Cardio Tennis. This popular class burns over 800 calories per hour. It combines skills with music-driven intensity at Northbridge Tennis Club.
Private and One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Personalised coaching caters to all levels. Sessions provide tools and understanding for individual goals.
We also host memorable children’s tennis parties with professional setups. Our on-site school program offers free equipment and unique mobile courts.

Our instructors are highly qualified and passionate. The program was first developed in the UK with excellent feedback. In Australia, we are proud partners with Tennis NSW and Tennis Australia, ensuring our methods meet national standards.
What programs do you offer for children?
We run fantastic kids’ sessions, including the official ANZ Hot Shots program. These classes use smaller courts and equipment to make learning the game easy and fun for young players of all ages.
Do you provide group sessions for adults?
Absolutely. We offer group lessons and Cardio Tennis classes, which are a brilliant social workout. It’s a great way to improve your skills, get fit, and meet new friends in a supportive environment.
Can I book private lessons?
Yes. For personalised attention, we offer one-on-one coaching sessions. These are tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re just starting or aiming to refine your competitive game.
Do you run programs at schools?
We certainly do. Our school tennis programs are very popular. We bring all the necessary equipment on-site, making it a convenient and engaging sport for students to try during their school day.

We host a variety of community-driven events. These include tennis parties for celebrations, specialised women’s coaching clinics, and local competitive events for those looking to test their skills.
